[ENGLISH BELOW] Lo Sciamanesimo rappresenta un insieme di conoscenze in ambito di tecniche rituali e magico spirituali presenti in diverse culture e tradizioni.
Lo Sciamanesimo non è mai stata una tradizione fino all'arrivo di rivisitazioni new age, ha da sempre rappresentato solo un insieme di antiche pratiche (prime apparizioni in incisioni rupestri) e la figura del praticante "lo Sciamano" è affine in diverse tradizioni e presente in tutto il mondo.
La figura dello Sciamano è presente in molte culture anche con diversi nomi , in alcune il termine sciamano e sciamanesimo non è quindi presente seppur si parla di esso.
Nelle tribù era ed è il membro più importante poiché rappresenta una sorta di ponte tra il terreno ed ultraterreno e la sua figura risolveva i problemi principali della comunitá di cui salute e sussistenza, soprattutto quando le prime iniziarono ad essere sedentarie.
In quasi tutte le tradizioni non si può scegliere di diventare sciamano , avviene una chiamata dagli spiriti la quale non si può rifiutare altrimenti si cade nella morte.
È obbligatorio al prescelto o prescelta (non c'è mai stata limitazione di sesso) seguire un percorso iniziatico particolare in base alla specifica cultura.
Molte volte il percorso era pieno di dure prove e solo se superate si aveva accesso ad un livello superiore di sapere.
In tutte le tradizioni lo sciamano durante le sue pratiche utilizza strumenti e si veste per agire nel mondo ultraterreno.
Utilizzare pitture sul viso e maschere rappresenta il modo che permette la trasformazione dello sciamano e il mezzo (solitamente un tamburo) agisce come strumento rituale per diversi scopi.
Attualmente lo sciamanesimo e la figura dello sciamano vengono erroneamente utilizzati in nuove correnti , mutandone il significato e attribuendone altri scopi con tanto di creazione di una vera e propria nuova corrente "sciamanica" senza contare l'importanza di questo ruolo , appropriandosene e discostandolo dalle proprie tradizioni.
Purtroppo oltre all'appropiazione culturale new age , tante tradizioni che comprendevano pratiche Sciamaniche si sono completamente estinte , con la morte dagli anni 80 ai 2000 degli ultimi membri praticanti. Fortunatamente invece tante , alcune in totale segretezza (per evitare mutazioni per via delle colonizzazioni) stanno portando avanti la propria cultura e tradizioni mantenendo pure ed immutate attraverso il tempo queste potenti pratiche.

Shamanism has never been a tradition until the arrival of new age reinterpretations, it has always represented only a set of ancient practices (first appearances in rock engravings) and the figure of the "Shaman" practitioner is related in different traditions and present worldwide.
The figure of the Shaman is present in many cultures also with different names, in some the term shaman and shamanism is therefore not present even though we speak of it.
In the tribes it was and is the most important member since it represents a sort of bridge between the earth and otherworldly and its figure solved the main problems of the community of which health and subsistence, especially when the first began to be sedentary.
In almost all traditions one cannot choose to become a shaman, a call comes from the spirits which one cannot refuse otherwise one falls into death.
It is obligatory for the chosen or chosen (there has never been a sex limitation) to follow a particular initiatory path based on the specific culture.
Many times the path was full of hard tests and only if you passed it you had access to a higher level of knowledge.
In all traditions, the shaman uses his tools during his practices and dresses to act in the otherworld.
Using paint on the face and masks represents the way that allows the transformation of the shaman and the medium (usually a drum) acts as a ritual tool for different purposes.
Currently shamanism and the figure of the shaman are erroneously used in new currents, changing their meaning and attributing other purposes with the creation of a true new "shamanic" current without counting the importance of this role, appropriating it and departing from its own traditions.
Unfortunately, in addition to the new age cultural appropri- ation, so many traditions that included Shamanic practices became completely extinct, with the death of the last practicing members from the 1980s to 2000s. Fortunately, however, many, some in total secrecy (to avoid mutations due to colonization) are pursuing their own culture and traditions while maintaining these powerful practices unchanged over time.
